Early To Bed Early To Rise



Early to bed early to rise,hmm...I think i might have heard these lines before,oh,of course i did fella! It's the nursery English rhyme!



What was it exactly?

"Early to bed,
early to rise
makes a man
healthy,wealthy
and wise"

This proverb quite simply explains the fact that it's a man's road to success,just follow this theory practically and their you are feeling the thrill of success in every breath!

Although not all would agree to this phrase and not all would follow.When i say this,i am thereby not persuading you to follow this method as i believe everyone has their own way of living their lifestyle.

Well,then you must be thinking,if she is not asking us to wake up early then what does she want to interpret with this context?

Nothing Complicated,just simple thing; which i want to refer to is that we all are living a sedentary lifestyle.

An unstable lifestyle where :-

  •  people are so much captivated and transfixed by gadgets that they dont even care to bother about their own well being.
  • children become obese at a tender age 
  • millions of people in the world are suffering from Insomnia.
  • individuals glued to their mobile phones stay online on social networking sites for hours,breaking their sleep cycle and unnecessary surfing on the internet.
  • many forget that using gadgets late at night would cause physiological and psychological effects.
  • it can take a toll on your life,the less time you sleep or the late you sleep,you are bound to suffer from midnight food cravings,weight gain,memory loss,loss of energy etc.
  • symptoms such as irritability,sleeping during daytime,anxiety,being lethargic,lack of focus could persist if the moderation of hours sufficient for sleeping is less.

If you are experiencing or still continuing your old ways,it's an alarming time to stop doing this and follow your biological clock of sleeping or else you would have to go through debilitating ill effects of sleep deprivation.

As and when you are sleep deprived,it affects on your health tremendously especially your cognitive state.If the requirement of daily sleep becomes shortened,the quality of sleep reduces and so the individual begins to suffer from depression,weak immune system,moodiness,high blood pressure,injury or accidents,cardiovascular disease or even death.

Such are the deadly effects of lack of sleep and yet we turn a blind eye to a matter of concern as this.

Sleep is not only important but also indispensable without which the physical condition of a man would deteriorate.

You would sleep early,you would rise early and a rush of abundant energy would make you active and efficient all day long.


O Beautiful Mind ! Let's Sleep early tonight and rise like a Sunshine!
