The one that lost his way

Mihir was waiting for the metro to arrive in time but it got delayed by few minutes.Until then,he had been thinking about Natasha who was once a part of his life.Eventually, she decided to part ways being unsatisfied in the relationship.

"Excuse me,would you please shift a little"Asked a girl.
"Sure"Replied Mihir

He looked at the girl, she was pregnant but alone, nobody by her side. The girl seemed to be uncomfortable in the public who was being stared every now and then.It appeared as if she was a college going girl where her baby bump could be seen but he decided not to cause any more uneasiness in her life.

"Could you please ask people to stop staring at me?"Requested the girl.
"What?How can i say that?"Asked Mihir,in astonishment.
"What if i was your wife?I suppose you would have done that then"Mocked the girl.
"Excuse Me,please mind your business"Mihir said to three guys standing right in front of her.

The boys feeling embarrassed walked somewhere else and the people present there scrolled at their mobile phones.

"Thank you so much"The girl said
"Its ok"Mihir replied

In a short span of time, the train arrived at its next stop, the door opened and the girl stepped out smiling at him as she proceeded to walk.

Mihir kept wondering what kind of troubles and pain must be bothering her and how the society must be looking down upon her yet her self esteem was so high that she wouldn't let people comment or even look at her. This thought made her think about Natasha who had decided to cancel the engagement thereby breaking up with him too.

He was lost, his identity blown away and the love had no place in his heart. It had been two months and yet he was unable to forget or move on in his life. The sacrifices he made for her went futile."Perhaps,i shouldn't have taken such big risk with my career"He thought.

As usual, his parents began insisting to get married to another girl and this time they suggested that they would search for him as his choice was no good for him.But he was in no mood to select any girl from any matrimony site or from relatives side whatsoever.

Mihir decided he needed a big break in his life,so he took a leave for two weeks from office and decided to go to Goa.

While strolling around at the airport he met the same girl again whom he had met at the metro although this time the baby bump was clearly visible.During their conversation he got to know that her name was Sunaina and she came to Mumbai from Panipat for an internship where she fell in love with a guy, things went wrong,he left her and as her parents didn't know about her problem, she never went back, even though the internship got completed.

Whereas Mihir told about his past issues. Both of them felt empathy for each other and their was a long silence until he broke the ice again.

"So how come you are going to Surat?"Mihir asked
"Well, one of my college friends stays there, she knows about my condition and said that she would help me" Sunaina said
"And how is she going to help you?"Mihir asked
"Shes a gynecologist and uh,i am trading my baby for the money i would get in return by helping a couple who are in need"Sunaina confessed
"What?Are you insane?"Mihir asked
"Don't shout, look,i have to do this as i have no choice,i cant go back like this to my parents, they would never accept me especially without a father"Sunaina said

An announcement was made for flight which was about to depart, Mihir looked lost as if somewhere disappeared in an unknown island. He didn't know what was happening,a sense of uncertainty in his eyes and it appeared as if he saw something horrible right in front of him.He didn't want her to suffer but he didn't even know how he could help her.

"I couldn't help myself,how will i help her even if i want to?"Mihir Introspected.

Unfailing Outlook

While you have dreams in your vision to fulfill them, you also see on the other hand how people are living their life. The kind of life you too are dreaming at the moment. Someone's a doctor, musician, singer, astronaut, engineer, architect etc.Perhaps every individual lives up to their dreams as without dreams reality hits us hard.   To live your dream you need to have an ambition,an aim, strength to resist trials and tribulations, undivided focus and hard work.  And all this comes with a cost - Time! Time which keeps ticking at every mini second Time that doesn't stop Time which is the present Time that guides you to make or break your life. Like the wrist watch on your hand completes your style, the same way the time is a constant reminder to you to walk on the pedestal or you'll get hit by a car. But at times,we fail,we feel let down due to circumstances and sometimes hard luck. Whatever the issue of concern may be but it's really important to ha...

You & I

We both were enjoying the sunset on the beach. He t ook interest in the sandcastles I made . I looked at him in a childish way.  He said,"This is why I fell in love with you"  I gently laughed as he spoke. Again, he flattered me, saying,"What? I am serious Naina!"  "Ok, fine! When did I say you were fooling around" I chuckled The innocent look on his face made me laugh harder.I couldn't resist that moment and pulled his cheeks. He was taken aback by my sudden response. "What are you doing? It hurts!" He said " Is it so ? Then forget it, from now on wards I 'll never pull your cheeks" I mocked "Hey! Don't be mad, I like it when you do that but next time do it softly" He said After few minutes, he looked at me, his forehead display ed fine lines of tension. I knew he was about to speak something urgent. "Jokes apart" "Naina, their is something I want you to know" he prompt...
