Living life as simple as possible
In today's modern lifestyle, life has become complicated, even if we admit it or not.Though,it appears to be simple but somewhere down at the bottom line it has turned out to be complicated.
We want to order a burger or pizza, just dial and order, within few minutes it would be delivered, you like that new book just order online.Everything is available online, only what it takes is a click and there the shipment and tracking details are messaged or mailed to you.No doubt, things have actually become easy and accessible but all we are doing is gaining those extra pounds while sitting on that comfy couch.
What we tend to forget,we are so much accustomed to this sedentary lifestyle, that it is killing us and putting a rust to our mind and body.
And the sarcasm of our lives is,first we gain fat then we hit the gym, first we order something, due to some issue you are delivered someone else stuff or given a wrong item, then all you do is again sit in front of your laptop and return or exchange the item and wait for it impatiently to arrive again.Great!
Do we remember our old childhood days? How nostalgic and pleasant it was?
When we would play cricket during evening or get wet in the rain, soiling our clothes in mud, only to get scolding from our mother, the times when we would find excuse for not getting our homework done,or just talking to our crush but not letting him/her know how much interested you are in them, or taking our friends out for shopping and buying all those exciting, happening clothes in the streets or shopping markets, playing games such as gilli danda, dabai spice, ghost in the graveyard and with toys;little girls would play with barbie dolls and boys with robots or Xbox, hanging out with our friends playing Uno cards.
Those were the days! A feeling of heaven on earth!Isn't so?
The matter of fact is,if we live life as simple as possible, complications would be less. All one got to do is strike a balance between doing things which one can by hand and other things by using technology. Not that, you end up relying on technology for every small thing and then crib, nor doing everything on your own and isolating yourself from the advancement of technology.
Living life simply means maintaining the equilibrium of mind and body.
